We require a card credit on file for all reservations. Trips must be paid in full at least 24hrs prior to pickup time.

No alcohol or drinks with open containers allowed, water, juice, or coffee are allowed but must have ability to be covered with lid or in a bottle.

You must cancel at least 3 hours prior to your pickup time to avoid cancellation fee, which is equal to the cost of your pickup reservation. If your flight is delayed, the fee can possibly be waived.
$75 Lost item return fee if we bring it to you. Your options to retrieve lost items are: We drive it to you, we mail it to you, or we return all unclaimed items to the local police department lost and found for you to retrieve.
There is a $275 cleaning fee for vomiting or large messes.

No overcrowding vehicles, every passenger must have their own seat.
All passengers must use the seats behind the chauffeur. The front passenger seat should only be used if there are no more seats available in the rear when transporting a group of passengers.
All rides with Posh Arrivals, LLC are subject to video recording and GPS tracking for the safety of our passengers and our chauffeurs.

Airport Pick-up Process: When arriving at O’Hare or Midway airports, Livery vehicles are not allowed to wait at the arrival terminal for more than 2 minutes. Your chauffeur will be waiting in the Livery staging area prior to your arrival. When you have landed and retrieved your luggage, text or call your driver and let them know that you are proceeding to the pickup location. Your driver will leave the staging area, pay the airport pick-up stamp at the gate, then proceed to meet you at the terminal. You will be able to identify your vehicle by the Year, Make, Model, and License plate number. You will receive this information when creating your reservation.
